Subway

New Staff change not good . Subs are ok . Just not the same as the Old staff that was there . So never went back but time to time is ok . The hear say of bugs from previous employees that are friends of our family so shocking ... So went from 5 starts until I found that out .

Used the drive thru option for the first time. Wait was super fast after ordering at the lunch rush. Got it home and it looked like someone left the mayo lid off. This made it difficult to eat due to the mess factor. Sometimes accuracy is more important than speed.

It's usually clean and the food is good. The service however is hit and miss. Sometimes you get quick friendly service sometimes not so much. I recently ordered through the Subway app and arrived to pick up my sandwich five minutes after the promised time, they hadn't even started making my sandwich yet.

For a Subway it is pretty good.

Addicted to the Subway club. LOVE it! Gone to different locations and they have been consistantly great.

Good subway. Nice new building. Subway is always consistent and fresh. There is usually a meal deal coupon somewhere. My favorite is the veggie. Bread is amazingly fresh

Meatball sub was great. Only wish they had napkin dispensers in their restaurants. If they decide not to give you one with your purchase you are out of luck. Do they really cost so much they have to be kept behind the counter? Come on Subway!

Had a great sandwich for lunch. Their steak and cheese is my go to every time. They also have greatly improved the drink selection and the iced tea is delicious. As always the manager was working hard to get us fed in a speedy manner. Shari is her name I believe and she is a no nonsense kinda lady. Great job and keep up the excellent work!

Placed an order on grub hub waited the estimated time it said and then I called the store and they havent even made the order, while the grub hub delivery driver is waiting on the order! Very unorganized

Of the chain! The new ciabatta sliders are great, oh and there carmel apple cookies were amazing..

Good was good. However, I asked if Subway offered a military discount. Ashleigh said "nope" and "Ashleigh's busy". She had a very short and cold attitude. Not great by any means. Everyone else there was great

One of my favorite sub places, but I would suggest going inside to order bc if you go through the drive thru you may get something left off your sandwhich as they start really busy.

The stars are only for the food because service was not good. Went in on a Tuesday evening at 8:30 pm with 3 of us. No one in line. One employee was emptying the lobby tea buckets while we heard another employee in the back. Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes before finally asking if someone was going to help us. In the meantime another couple had came in and left after a few minutes of no help. So the guy working the lobby (mind you closing time is 10 pm) said he would check when he finished, but ended up being the one to help us. Never saw the other employee so this one had to do the whole line. Meaning entire sandwiches and cashier. He was not the best at it either, needing us to repeat ingredients when only giving 2 to 3 at a time! Good thing I don't frequent this area and hoping no more trips to that hospital although their review will be much better than this one..

My salad was awesome, service was excellent, and the lemon raspberry cookie should be a permanent menu item.

I go here a few times a month and it has always been great. The two guys who were working tonight, I have seen before. They are very good employees. I always see them working. They are very nice and always make my sandwiches just the way i want them. Love my subway!

Delicious and quick. Touch screen drive through guarantees you get what you ordered. Staff is very nice too!

The employees were complaining the whole time we were standing there waiting. Not to mention they totally ignored us and had us waiting for 15 minutes to place an order. So we left. This particular restaurant was really dirty

I like that they have new spices to add to your sandwich. They were very good along with new beverages to drink.

Newly renovated inside. Drive-thru also open. New staff is training and catching on quickly. Rewards program gets frequent visitors savings on fresh food. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic and fresh as fresh could be.

A little faster than previous months but still far and behind Jimmy John's. I've got in drive through line and left several times. For whatever reason they are impossibly slow. This last experience was by far the fastest I've ever had clocking in around ten minutes but there's alot of room for improvement and opportunity to earn my dollar.

They got our order correct and fast

They need to let you know that a certain item is not available and not just change it on their own accord just because they felt they were too busy to call you and let you know on a delivery order. Only serving tomato wraps and not informed WHILE ordering. I understand that demand may be limited due to our country's current dilemna, however, some people are allergic to tomatoes.

Started out at the drive thru but the wait was very long. Parked my car went in only to wait as the one was yelling about the order for the drive thru whole the other was making the sandwiches. Ignoring me completely unprofessional rude behavior embarrassing for Subway. If wait a got came back from what I am assuming was his break was told to ring me up.. I won't be back personally want my money back for a sandwich that was sub par while she was scraping the bottom of the "jar" and slapping it on my sandwich.
